Processing Time
All products are handmade and prepared individually.

- Additional time during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email automatically.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assist with the carrier investigation process.
Unfortunately, delayed reports beyond this timeframe may limit our ability to help file shipping claims.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Eros Crystal is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
